Positive: It seemed that the residence had not been checked by anyone prior to our arrival ! the rubbish bins were overflowing before we " tried " to put out our rubbish - so I had to drop of some to another rubbish collection place, which annoyed me a lot And the heater ( ducted heating ) was not working - which we called to try to have this rectified ! BUT to no avail at all We eventually had someone sort out the issue - which we were not at all happy with either Overall, the residence did what we required and will recommend it no problem, but I suggest you do better on the issues I raised. Thank you Leigh Millott

Positive: Simple lock box for the key, code was provided prior to checkin. Comfortable beds, and furniture. Good price, plenty of beds, convenient location.
Negative: The sofa bed in our room wasn't actually a sofa bed, blinds all need replacing as they don't roll. Needs a bit of TLC.
Summary: Cheap and cheerful. Great for a large group on a budget.

Positive: The set out of the house suited us with 4 of our 11 guests upstairs sharing a bathroom and the other 7 downstairs sharing two bathrooms. Lots of kitchen utensils and dinner ware etc. Loved the dishwasher. Air conditioning in every room. Washing machine and dryer excellent condition. We had an issue with a shower head and it was replaced within two hours. Excellent response
Negative: No tea towel or paper towel in the kitchen. Only one tv in the whole house. The cord on the blind in the room downstairs was broken and wouldn't wind up. Just little things that would be picked up if someone went over the house. Garden not very well cared for. Back deck not very inviting no shade and bbq broken.

Positive: The owners were super lovely and understanding. The house was great for a big group, lots of rooms and areas to hang out in. Would definitely stay again.
Negative: Had some issues with the top floor shower pressure, but that’s it!

Positive: The amount of rooms was great for our family holiday to see our Melbourne family The location with great in way in the middle of our family’s Bedrooms where clean and comfortable Heating was great too
Negative: Upstairs bathroom shower head and the sink tap where broken Upstairs floor moved and I small children get her finger court Stove and ranger hood where dirty,we didn’t use them. Toilet window broken not by as Laundry Room was dirty We did leave a note for you about maintenance work needed
